Our Arts & Crafts program provides a diverse ​range of skills aimed at enhancing cognitive ​abilities by fostering concentration and ​therapeutic benefits through the creation of ​meaningful and rewarding projects. The ​program covers instruction in the following ​skills:

  • Jewelry Making

Meditation and mindfulness, as ​defined by Jon Kabat-Zinn, help ​alleviate anxiety by promoting ​present-moment awareness and ​self-comprehension. Mindfulness-​Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) ​offers evidence-based techniques to ​manage stress and anxiety. Creating ​a mental space between oneself and ​experiences can reduce anxiety. ​While mindfulness shows benefits, it ​may not be superior to other ​interventions. Research suggests ​mindfulness can reduce anxiety and ​depression levels, but skepticism ​exists. Mindfulness encourages ​embracing discomfort for personal ​growth and well-being. This 60 ​minute class is led by our Founder ​Amberlee who has used meditation ​for years to manage PTSD and ​Anxiety.

Mixed Martial Arts

Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a combat sport combining ​various martial arts disciplines. Its evolution was influenced by ​the Gracie family and the establishment of the UFC in 1993. ​MMA has grown in popularity, offering diverse entertainment ​and training opportunities. Therapy through MMA is a ​training program that teaches discipline, respect, self-​defense,with a mixture of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Capoeira, Boxing, ​Muy Thai, and Kick Boxing. This program is led by our ​Blackbelt Instructor Eric Ross partnered with our Fitness ​Director Andrue, and our Founder Amberlee. Warriors offers ​Personal Training as well as Competition Training. If you are ​looking to compete or just train to releive stress and become ​part of O.T.B.J.J. an amazing team, Warriors is the place for ​you. Our lead instructor has experience fighting in the cage ​and has trained with top Professional Fighters. He is an expert ​at Stand Up and is a phenomenal instructor.

Nutrition and Meal Prep

This program provides education ​on nutrition, healthy eating, meal ​preparation for health, and ​budgeting. Spearheaded by our ​founder, Amberlee, and ​supported by a certified ​nutritionist, the program offers ​diverse approaches to ​maintaining a healthy diet, such ​as:


  • Intermittent fasting
  • Utilization of the food ​pyramid
  • Creative meal prepping ​techniques to promote ​sustained healthy eating habits
  • Insights on supplements
  • Identification and enjoyment ​of superfoods

Our gardening program ​offers a wide variety of ​learning how to garden, from ​raid=sed bed gardening to ​hydroponics you will learn ​how to grow and take care of ​plants from seedling to ​flowering. Gardening is ​therapy ina sense that you get ​to watch something grow and ​as you nuture, feed and water ​your plants you will see the ​fruit of your labor

Our group therapy program ​connects individuals with ​similar interests and struggles. ​Our goal is to ensure our clients ​have an outlet to express ​themselves in a safe ​environment, free of ​judgement and infused by ​support and motivation. Our ​leaders talk about topics that ​promote healing and recovery. ​From Suicide to Substance ​Abuse, we understand that ​sometimes we just need ​someone to hear our struggle.

Our one on one therapy offers ​in person or virtual sessions ​with a licensed therapist. Our ​therapists are vetted and ​committed to offering ​premium services at a minimal ​cost to Warriors which allows ​us the ability to offer free ​therapy sessions through our ​organization.

Music serves as a ​therapeutic balm for the ​soul. Our music program ​provides a diverse range ​of learning opportunities ​aimed at nurturing and ​soothing the heart. The ​program encompasses the ​following components:

Therapy through fitness offers a large array of fitness classes to rejuvenate your soul by promoting endorphin production. Led by our athletic founder, Amberlee Cuaresma. She has years of experience, coaching, instructing high intensity level workouts as well as low intensity level workouts that still deliver results. Including the following;

High Intensity Interval Training

This 60-minute training session provides high-intensity interval training featuring a mix of exercises incorporating weights, body weight, and cardio. The class starts with a 5-minute warm-up and stretching, followed by 5 stations, each with different exercises lasting 2 minutes each. The session includes 5 interval sets. To conclude, there is a 5-minute cooldown and stretching routine. You will feel the intensity after completing the class, offering a great way to alleviate nervous energy and anxiety. The cooldown involves breathing techniques and a short meditation to help clear your mind. Led by Amberlee, who has used HIIT training for years to manage anxiety, this class delivers noticeable results after 3 weeks of consistent training. If you're dealing with pent-up anxiety and need an outlet, this class is perfect for you!

Calesthenics

Calisthenics originated in ancient Greece and regained popularity in the early 19th century. Today, athletes, military personnel, law enforcement officers, and individuals aiming to stay fit incorporate these exercises into their routines for warming up before intense activities or enhancing their physical fitness.


This 60-minute class features a range of exercises that utilize body weight for resistance, promoting the development of strength, endurance, flexibility, and coordination. Calisthenics can be performed at various intensity levels and rhythms, starting with a 5-minute warm-up and stretching, and concluding with a 10-minute cool-down and stretching session. Some exercises included in this class are:


  • Jump Rope
  • Push-Ups
  • Burpees
  • Chin-Ups
  • Crunches
  • Jump Squats, and more!


The class is led by Amberlee, a Calisthenics expert with over a decade of experience. Her sessions are engaging and motivating, ensuring visible results within four weeks of consistent training. STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Strength and Conditioning (S&C) encompass the selection and development of dynamic static exercises designed to enhance physical performance. Initially tailored for athletes, this methodology has transcended sports and is now widely adopted in various domains.


Under the guidance of Fitness Director Andrue Avalos, this 60-minute class provides a comprehensive array of exercises to fortify the body. Whether seeking to bolster strength or seeking a stress-relieving outlet, this class caters to your needs.

Body Mobility Training

Mobility, as defined by physical therapist Amy Hutson, DPT, from SSM Health Physical Therapy, is the capacity to move the body freely and effortlessly. Hutson emphasizes that without adequate mobility, one's performance in daily activities can be hindered significantly. This limitation extends beyond basic tasks like dressing and bathing to impact leisure pursuits such as hiking, swimming, or dancing, as joint range plays a pivotal role in these activities.

It is crucial to note that mobility differs from flexibility and stability. While these concepts are interconnected, neglecting one can impede progress in the others. Therefore, comprehending these distinctions is essential. This 60-minute class, led by our accomplished Black Belt instructor Eric Ross, an expert in Capoeira and Jiu Jitsu, aims to enhance participants' understanding and practice of mobility.

Pole Fitness

In comparison to conventional fitness routines for women, Pole dancing stands out for its unique demand for significant upper body strength. Similar to Gymnastics, mastering Pole requires rigorous strength training, resulting in substantial muscle development throughout the entire body over time. Unlike any other exercise form, Pole dancing offers unparalleled toning and full-body strength enhancement. It is essential to emphasize that Pole dancing necessitates extensive practice to achieve proficiency.

Each movement, inversion, sequence, and flow necessitates repetitive practice to attain a seamless and refined execution. The graceful fluidity that captivates audiences demands dedication to practice and continuous improvement. Every individual who has engaged in Pole dancing has encountered moments of frustration, stagnation, or challenges with specific tricks or movements. Persistence in practicing these techniques fosters patience and the necessary mindset for Pole dancing. The sense of accomplishment upon mastering a challenging move is profoundly rewarding.

Pole dancing combines the discipline essential in sports with the continuous growth and artistic evolution crucial for thriving in the realm of art. Embarking on this journey requires a committed and receptive mindset. Led by our Creative Director, Brandon Herbert, this 90-minute class offers beginner-level instruction, guided by his expertise in mastering the techniques and training required to teach others.

Our dance class is fun and definitely designed to give you a good workout and promote endorphine release. We offer a variety of dance choreography that is easy to learn and follow. Inspired by our “King of Dance” this class was created in memory of Isaiah Thomas Ralph, who was an AMAZING dancer. Led by our Creative Director, Brandon, our Founder, Amberlee, and our Capoeira Master Eric. This 60 minute class is for you if you love music and commrodery

Restorative Yoga + Meditation

Yoga, an ancient practice involving breathing, positional techniques, and mindfulness, aids in recovery by strengthening the prefrontal cortex and helping to overcome cravings. It dates back over 5,000 years and offers numerous benefits, including improved mood and stress levels. Yoga includes breathing techniques (pranayamas) and postures (asanas) that enhance mindfulness and focus. Practices like Alternate Nostril Breathing and Child's Pose can create a meditative space to reduce stress and suppress cravings. Mindfulness meditation, body scan, and loving-kindness meditation are integral components of yoga, promoting a positive mindset towards oneself and others. Incorporating yoga and meditation into treatment and recovery processes can enhance overall well-being and success. This 60 minute class is led by our Founder Amberlee who has used these techniques to recover and manage stress from PTSD.

Boxing Fitness

Boxing is a combat sport that has been practiced since before the time of ancient Greece and the original Olympics. It has been used to train people for performance in the art of striking, as well as general physical conditioning. Recently, it has become more popular as a form of exercise. When people box for fitness, they often use a punching bag, avoiding the physical contact that can lead to concussions and other injuries. However, boxing for fitness still provides boxing’s inherent benefits. Typical boxing exercise includes movement and footwork drills to evade punches, as well as punching drills on equipment like heavy bags, speed bags, and focus mitts. Boxing can also be performed virtually via gaming systems that have movement sensors. In addition, many boxing exercise programs involve other conditioning exercises, such as jumping rope, calisthenics, and running. Practicing the sport is not only a great way to improve your physical fitness but also a fun way to challenge your mind and body. This 90 minute class is led by our Fitness Director Andrue who has been teaching and training for years.

Our self-defense training program aims to empower you with the necessary skills to safeguard yourself and your loved ones. Led by our accomplished Black Belt instructor, Eric, alongside our Self-Defense Specialist, Amberlee, and Fitness Director, Andrue, this 90-minute class is designed to cater to individuals of varying fitness levels. Rest assured, our instructors are equipped to teach effective techniques that can be utilized against assailants of any size.
